Chenin Blanc, Noa, 2025

Crystalline citrus and white fruits, very granitic and flinty with purity and focus and drive; citrussy with blossom and smoke; a brittle, highly elegant structure with excellent definition. First bottled in 2021 as a single vineyard, it is essentially a “best granite” blend with the dominant part still being the 1969 planted high Paardeberg vineyard. Aged exclusively in concrete egg and bottled after 11 months. Total production 2,500bts.
