Stylish and fine, the 2025 White offers up layers of silky apple, lemon and stone fruit with a cooler core of fruit than recent years, the acidity juicy and tense, full but flinty. One of the Cape’s best white blends, the 2025 includes a little extra declassified Noa plus a new component, also on granite, building up layers while keeping a nervous profile. 25-30% Verdelho with a drop of Viognier for lift. 70% Chenin Blanc, 28% Verdelho and 2% Viognier aged in a combination of used oak, concrete and foudré for 11 months.
