A bone-dry 'non-fortified Xeres' that is well worth your time. Citrus, wax, grilled almonds, lime zest, oyster shell, particularly high salinity in this vintage, along with fragrant toasted spice. As always this is an unusual, standout wine with a ton of personality, from owners and winemakers Willy Perez and Ramiro Ibanez.
