Viariz, 2021

From four vineyards on slate-rich soils, Viariz 2021 exudes pure fruits with a deep, succulent floral quality gripped by veins of composed and crackling saline minerals and spice. Silky, harmonious and easy to drink – the Viariz blend is highly aromatic with an enormous sense of poise and detail. From vines ranging from 750m-1000m in elevation, fermented with whole clusters and raised in a combination of used barrique and 500L barrels.
