O Equilibrio, Albarino, Rias Baixas, 2024

A blend from three parcels, with 70% schist and 30% sandy soils. The sandy component brings a more lifted white stone fruit profile, while the schist contributes a softer, fleshier texture with subtle beeswax notes that can feel almost Chenin-like as the wine develops. Fuller-bodied than Pedreira, with a gentle creamy texture, whilst a light pithy grip provides structure and definition on the finish. Fermented and aged in used oak foudre for around 10–12 months.
