Lightly smoky, reductive and composed in the best way. Arturo explained that these were super healthy grapes, picked in the middle period of the harvest, with reds. Trascuevas comes from the higher plots and the 2021 is savoury and saline in style, with notes of nuts and spices. Some stone fruits and dried herbs emerge with time, to a long, dry, textural finish. Raised in a combination of concrete and 500L used oak barrels from 100% Viura.
