Sauvignon Blanc, 2021

A bright and pungent Sauvignon Blanc bursting with aromas of peach, lime and blackcurrant bush. The palate is clear and crisp with just the right amount of juicy flesh to it. Cane fruit, grass and lime, a touch of passion fruit, and wet stone on the finish. Aged sur lie in stainless steel talks for just under a year before bottling. Interestingly, this is the only variety John Williams has produced every year since the start of Frog’s Leap in 1981. It is still produced as it was then; proper yield management and careful farming combined with a less-is-more approach in the cellar.
