Ripe yellow fruits, honeysuckle, spice and Mirabelle fruits burst out of the glass, leading to an array of tangy lime and citrus fruits, notes of pineapple and crisp green papaya nots on the palate. Fruity certainly, but also cleansing and mineral, finishing on salt and spices. From a steep terraced site on crystalline rock and mica schist, the Gaisberg is one of the best sites for Riesling in the region. Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel.
