(for 375 ml.; 11.6% alcohol with 126 g/l r.s.) Full medium gold. High-toned, rot-ennobled aromas of apricot, honey, truffle and exotic spices. Opulent, seamless and honeyed, showing less flavor complexity but a suaver mouthfeel than the Pinot Gris Altenbourg SGN today. The extremely long, lush finish is remarkably smooth for gew u rztraminer at this level of ripeness.
