(for 375 ml.; 9.9% alcohol, 161 g/l r.s. and 10 grams of acidity) Deep yellow-gold. Carnal, exotic aromas of orange blossom, game, smoke and earth. Superripe, thick and powerful, but given great penetration by almost painful acidity. Wonderfully dense and concentrated wine with a tactile, salty finish that refuses to let up. Like the '07 Riesling SGN, this is just hinting at the complexity to come.
