Pinot Gris, Les Caracoles, 2024

Formerly known as Cuvée Ste Catherine, Les Caracoles comes from a relatively cool, limestone-rich site on the lower slopes beneath Altenbourg. More fruit-driven than the Clos des Capucins Pinot Gris, with aromas of lychee, guava and honeydew melon, underpinned by bright acidity. The palate is supple but composed, with a fresh, resonant finish.
