    A co-fermented blend of 80% Pinot Gris and 20% Pinot Blanc from the Grand Cru Furstentum. Plush red and white fruits, high-toned aromatics and a trace of butter and nuts on the finish, it has a warm, smooth caressing mouthfeel. The Grand Cru Furstentum is made up of limestone-clay and sandstone and produces wines of great aromatic complexity as well as elegance.
