Domaine Weinbach
Riesling, Bonnes Terres, 2024
justerini & brooks tasting note
Previously known as Cuvée Colette, Bonnes Terres comes from 40-year-old vines on the lower, granite-rich slopes of the Grand Cru Schlossberg. Here, a little more topsoil relative to the rest of the slope lends some extra weight to the wine. More expressive in style than Clos des Capucins, it shows intense lemon citrus and white stone fruit, finishing with a mouthwatering, saline drive.
