Riesling, Clos des Capucins, 2024

Previously bottled as Cuvée Théo, the fruit is now entirely from old vines in the sandy, silty and gravelly soils of the Clos des Capucins surrounding the estate. Gently aromatic and classically mouth-watering in style, it shows notes of white blossom and green apple, with a lean, driven palate and impressive length. Aged for 11 months in old oak foudrés.
