A lighter, brighter and more lifted Cuvee Théo this year accentuated by a real zippy freshness that leaves an enticingly fully dry impression on the palate. Produced primarily from old vines in the Clos surrounding the estate as well as some declassified fruit from the steeper slopes.

The 2023 Riesling Cuvée Théo was picked from the granitic, sandy soils of the Clos des Capucins. It is shy on the nose but bright with lemon on the slender palate, adding a salty tang to the finish. Supreme lightness is a great virtue here. (Bone-dry)
