Finely framed and mineral-led, this Sylvaner comes from a 60-year-old vine parcel in the sandy, silty and gravelly soils of the Clos des Capucins. Notes of gently pressed lemon, crushed stone and light flinty smokiness sit alongside subtle grassy nuances adding a gentle grip. Aged for 10 months in neutral foudres.
