78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Petit Verdot, 20% Merlot, 13.5% of alcohol with a pH of 3.6 and 75 IPT. Perfumed yet demure; not exuberant or exotic, with a lovely sweet core of plumy ripe berry fruit, velvety texture and refined smooth stone tannins. This is not an epic, shouty wine, it is just beautifully constructed with a striking Cabernet character and nuance over some lush, sweet Merlot fruit; a wine you will want to drink.
