The 2024 Cissac was not a representative sample because insufficient sulfur dioxide had been added.

The 2024 Cissac is a bit austere and shy, evoking aromas of green bell pepper, spices and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, dense and concentrated, it's structured with firm tannins that lead to an oaky finish with lead pencil inflections. It could chill out with 1-2 years in the cellar. This is a blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec.
