Le Petit Mouton, Pauillac, 2006

A very structured wine with great complexity of aromas that include serrano ham and truffles; sweet fruit of berries and currants on the palate with a hint of espresso and elegant, silky tannins. Impressive for the vintage, let alone for a second wine. A blend of 70% cabernet sauvignon, 16% cabernet franc and 14% merlot.
