The 2025 Picque Caillou Blanc has a clean and pure bouquet with green apple, Anjou pear and light Mirabelle scents, the oak nicely integrated. The palate is well balanced with a subtle peachiness on the finish, flirts with tropical fruit but keeps everything linear and vibrant. This is worth seeking out.
