Aligote 14 Anne Boisson. An Aligote that is treated as seriously chez the Boissons as their Bourgognes and Meursaults. Bottled in July 2016 after nearly 20 months ageing sur lie. Crisp, vivid and lively with surprising depth of flavour and persistence. Zesty, notes of salt, lime & herb butter and citrus rind. Digest, light yet characterful.
