Gevrey Chambertin, 2020

One of the most attractive and generous Gevreys there is; a nice crunch of crisp red berry fruit matched with a lovely damson sweetness. Juicy, energetic, with soft but binding tannins. Everything is in perfect equilibrium here. This comes from two plots on rich clay soils, Les Carrougots and En Jouise and also includes 10% of Le Belair Premier Cru.
