A more complete and refined Echézeaux than most, with a powerful rich core of dark fruits. Lacy, dark flavours dance across the palate, notes of loganberry raspberry and sloe with a saline hit providing a great counterpoint. A racy, fine-tuned style of Echézeaux from the high ‘Dessus’ part of the vineyard, the 6 hectares heart of Echézeaux.

Healthy dark red. Captivating lift to the aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, tobacco and rose petal. Wonderfully creamy, concentrated, energetic wine, utterly silky and seamless. Seductively sweet but not a bit heavy, offering excellent precision to its thick flavors of dark raspberry and spices. Finishes very long and suave, with substantial firm yet almost creamy tannins.
