    A Gevrey of tremendous vibrancy and sensuality. Brisk, fresh tayberry and loganberry fruit cut through a core of rich black cherry flavours with ease. On the more gentle, soft-touch side of Gevrey. Incredibly sensual and smooth yet so vibrant. A style and nuance that is rare for Gevrey villages. A blend of four parcels near the cooling Gevrey "Combe" fermented with 20% whole bunches.
