Now seeing around 40% whole bunch, and all pigeage by hand, this is an exceptional rendition of this cuvee: so elegant and aromatically uplifting with floral rose notes and great transparency. Fine orange peel, spice, wilted flowers and red fruits dot the palate. Complex, lifted and detailed. Ravishing delicacy and haunting length. Just one barrel produced. A Grand Cru characterised by elegance over power, offering ethereal bright red fruit and mineral character. Planted on thin layers of red marls over shallow gravelly soils.
