A classy little Bourgogne Blanc, aged in 20% new oak, mostly 4-500lt barrels, with very little battonage, and just a tiny hint of smoky reduction as a counterpoint to the clear and crystalline fruit. Stylish, energetic, and saline. A smashing debut.
