Bourgogne, Blanc, La Tufera, 2016
justerini & brooks tasting note
Elegant, supple Bourgogne, round but bright. Gently forthcoming without being too much, lovely citrus, peach, white flower and mineral notes. Puligny-esque. Aged in barriques; two, three and four-year-old oak, and bottled in August. A wine that emanates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune.
