Bourgogne, Blanc, La Tufera, 2019

A gorgeously inviting, floral nose of honeysuckle and yellow fruit. The palate opens with mirabelle flavours, backed up by a gripping, taut note of grapefruit and stone. This is ripe, intense and has great energy and balance. One of the more serious and intense Tuferas Sauzet has produced. An elegant Bourgogne that emanates from three parcels in the Puligny-Montrachet commune. Aged in used oak barrels and steel cuves.
