This is classic white Burgundy from Macon. It is harvested so as to obtain a very fresh, precise wine. A style enhanced by fermentation and ageing sur lie in steel tanks. This is buttery and rewarding with a racy freshness that keeps it alive and vital to the long finish, notes of apple, conference pear, citrus and peach, beautifully balanced and incredibly moreish.
