One of Chambolle’s higher Premier Crus vineyards, Ghislaine’s parcel is over 75 years old and produces intense but very refined wines. Complex and beguiling initially, ultra-refined fruit flavours of bramble, tayberry and cherry, beautifully toned, racy notes of fruit stone and mineral combined with great richness. A seriously class act.
