The 2023 Bourgogne Chardonnay has an attractive nose with lemon curd, nectarine and light beeswax scents, well defined and more sophisticated than the Aligoté. The palate is balanced with a slightly honeyed texture, fine acidity, hints of passion fruit and pineapple toward its crowd-pleasing finish. This will be very tempting. Don't cellar, just drink.
