Méo Camuzet
Bourgogne, Côte d'Or, Rouge, Cuvée Etienne Camuzet, 2020
justerini & brooks tasting note
An enticing ripe, aromatic nose. The palate is rich, soft and plump; shapely, sun-kissed fruit flavours of bramble, plum. Juicy ripe and round. A Bourgogne located between Nuits and Vougeot.

Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries, red berries and loamy soil, the 2020 Bourgogne Cote d'Or Cuvee Etienne Camuzet is medium to full-bodied, rich and layered, with excellent concentration, lively acids and ripe tannins.

The 2020 Bourgogne Côte d’Or "Cuvée Etienne Camuzet" comes across very ripe and just slightly pruney on the nose at the moment. The palate is quite dense and grainy-textured on the entry, dark berry fruit, fine grip, just a little opaque at the moment.
