Bourgogne, Blanc, 2020
justerini & brooks tasting note
Gregarious, open-armed floral, fleshy yellow fruit with the finest, freshest bead of acidity focusing the finish. One of Thierry's best ever Bourgognes. The fruit comes from the Chassagne and Remigny communes and ageing is in 8% new oak barrels.

The 2020 Bourgogne Blanc has a light grass clipping scented bouquet that needs a little more oomph. The palate is well balanced with fine tension and acidity, citrus peel and orange rind notes on the finish. It’s just the aromatics that need to pull their socks up.
