The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc opens in the glass with aromas of citrus oil and white flowers framed by light reduction, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny and incisive palate that exhibits a hint of botrytis-derived exotica on the finish.

The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay has a taut and quite steely bouquet, nicely focused with more energy than some Premier Crus! The palate is very well balanced and sports a subtle reduction, fine weight with light tropical fruit towards the finish.
