Chassagne Montrachet, 2020

A lot more tightly-wound than the St Aubins, a very serious villages. Intense, crisp and crunchy fruit. Fantastically taut flavours, with a little butteriness to the texture coming with aeration, together with stone fruit and a roasted nut character. Top notch Chassagne.
