A blend of 25% Gamay and 75% Pinot Noir aged in used oak barrels only. Boisterous red berry and redcurrant fruit with strong salt overtones. Fresh, lively and juicy with a solid supporting structure.

The 2017 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, which includes 25% Gamay, has a perfumed bouquet of simple red currant and cranberry aromas. The palate is well balanced with tart red fruit, fresh acidity and a bright, rustic, slightly citric finish. Fine.
