This really is all you could want from a Petit Chablis - a high quality rendition that comes from a parcel on the plateau above the Grand Cru Les Clos where the soils are poor with just 30 cm of topsoil, before the hard stony bedrock.",

The 2022 Petit Chablis has a lovely vanilla pod and coconut tinged bouquet, quite precocious but well-defined. The palate is medium-bodied with a honeyed entry, and lower acidity. Plush and generous, this shows an open-knit, almost Sauternes-like finish.
Exhibiting aromas of sweet stone and orchard fruit mingled with lemon oil and clay liquor, Dauvissat's 2022 Petit Chablis is medium-bodied, ample and fleshy, with lively acids and a mouthwateringly mineral finish.
