    Justerini & Brooks Tasting note
    Deutz, Cuvée William Deutz, 2008

Electric fruit on the nose, lemon, grapefruit, and pale green apple, plus fine fresh butter, brioche and also something more like tiny crystalline droplets of fresh apricot or pineapple. Very fresh and clean but also quite generous and juicy - this is not just steel, it has genuinely ripe fruit layered on top of the minerality. Structurally the palate is fine, taut , youthful and brimming with energy and keenly edged fruit. Really lovely, the fine pure Deutz style with added spark and completeness from the vintage. Absolutely delicious. .
