A glorious Chardonnay-led Premier Cru with unmistakable white Burgundy sensibilities. Yellow orchard fruits, citrus zest and white flowers lead into a sleek, silken palate framed by the finest mousse. Subtle notes of cep and hazelnut nod to its élevage in oak, while a pithy grapefruit bitterness brings refinement and tension. Complex, textural and extremely accomplished.

The NV (2020) Les Vignes de Bisseuil is laced with hints of white orchard fruit, mint, white pepper, chalk, dried herbs and dried citrus peel. Airy and weightless in feel, this opens nicely with a bit of aeration. The style is one that favors tension and energy more than anything else. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2025.
