Vinified in stainless steel, the citrus yellow/lime green NV Bouvet Cremant de Loire Brut Excellence blends 80% Chenin Blanc with 20% Chardonnay and opens with a clear, pure and beautifully aromatic bouquet of bright and concentrated fruit aromas. Round and intense on the palate, this is a charming, well-structured and stimulatingly fresh sparkling wine with a popular touch of sweetness on the well=structured finish. Tasted in May 2019 from lot L19009-01 that was disgorged in January this year.
