A blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah. Biodynamically farmed, these are some of the Rhône’s highest vineyards at 550-630 metres above sea level. Bunches are destalked and fermentation is in wooden vats before ageing in a mix of oak barriques and demi-muids for 18 months. 500 cases a year are made.
