Delicate notes of dark cherries, violet and flowers preface the 2022 Gigondas La Tour Sarrasine, a moderately weighted, tense and bright Gigondas with well-integrated tannins and a vertical structure, concluding with an ethereal, delicate finish. This blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvedre and the rest Syrah, all planted in granite, calcareous soils, was matured in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks.
