A pure Grenache which sees 10 months of aging in concrete tanks, majority destemmed in 2021, the entry level red has a firm, crunchy, candid personality, offering up simple red fruits, spices and a trace of bitter cocoa. A lively red that will drink young and stand up well to a host of robust foods.
