Côte Rôtie, Cuvée Classique, 2005

A blend of several vineyards from all over the appellation including La Viaillère and aged in 10-15% new oak, this parades wonderful pepper, bramble, cherry stone and coal dust characteristics, powerful but well defined and lifted by a nice touch of red fruit acidity.
