A harmonious blend of 85% old vine Grenache and 15% Rolle, this delicately pale pink rosé opens with an expressive bouquet of wild red berries, clementine, and white peach. The palate is vibrant and zesty, with a mouthwatering dry finish and a subtle hint of spice. A small portion of the blend is vinified and aged on its lees in old oak barrels, contributing to a soft, buttery mouthfeel.
