Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Riesling, Kabinett, 2025

The distinction between this and the Himmelreich is subtler on account of our tasting at a very early-stage pre-bottling (Spring 2026), though the Sonnenuhr reveals its customary class and concentration on the palate. Sweet citrus fruits, stone fruits and ripe acidity are framed by impressive extract and structure.
