Grassy and citrussy as you’d hope from the Himmelreich, it has a light touch of fine reduction which leaves an imprint of garden herbs and light smoke, balancing a lovely core of peach stones. Himmelreich is broadly a cool site planted on deep, water retentive blue slate soils.
