A seriously enticing, super-pure and almost featherlight nose, with gentle herbaceous notes alongside green apple skin, tea and lemon. Cooling and fresh on the palate, with chalky acidity running through lightly creamy lees and giving the wine a lovely interplay between texture and tension. Remarkably fine and composed, with none of the weight its concentration might suggest. Super elegant.
