The 2025 Riesling Maximin Grünhäuser Herrenberg Kabinett comes with a mere whiff of reduction, which is swiftly pushed aside by beautifully ripe and aromatic white peach. This exquisitely pure peach flavor translates exactly to the palate, where it is framed with lemon to depict it in its pure glory and make it even more precise. The zesty lemon also shows the litheness, the balance, the sleekness and slate stoniness of the wine and makes you savor every nuance on the long finish. (Medium)
