Maximin Grünhauser, Herrenberg, Riesling, Spätlese, 2025

The Herrenberg Spätlese comes across as the broadest and most immediately appealing of the two Spätlesen, offering notes of white peach, citrus blossom and peppery heathland herbs. There's a little more sweetness to the fruit, with plenty of juice and creaminess, yet the finish remains wonderfully saline and fresh.
